Overview

About Camp Kala

Camp Kala keeps the focus on its waterhole, with four raised suites and shared spaces arranged for watching the bush. Each suite has a private deck, plunge pool, wood-fired hot tub and shaded sala with an outdoor daybed. Inside are king or twin beds, air-conditioning and a bathroom with a full-size bath. A ground-level photographic hide offers another perspective, while a gym, yoga deck and spa room fill the quieter hours. The all-inclusive stay covers meals, selected drinks and two scheduled activities per night. Couples can book a suite, or a small group can take the whole camp.

“Four suites make this a good choice for couples who want privacy without giving up wildlife viewing between drives; private plunge pools, hot tubs and a waterhole-facing hide add reasons to linger in camp.”
