Overview

About Papa's Camp

Papa's Camp has five en-suite tents beneath fig trees on the south bank of the Nile, inside Murchison Falls National Park. Each tent faces the river and has an outdoor shower, while the mess tent brings guests together around a communal dining table, bar and lounge. Game drives, guided walks, birding and fishing are included, alongside meals, house drinks and laundry. Lions and a nearby hyena den give wildlife watchers plenty to look for. With space for ten guests, this is a small camp for travellers who prefer a riverside base and time in the bush.

“Five tents, river views and a varied programme of drives, walks and fishing make this a strong choice for travellers who want a small bush camp rather than a large lodge.”
