Overview

About Amalinda Lodge

Amalinda Lodge fits its nine rooms into the granite boulders of Zimbabwe’s Matobo Hills, 45 kilometres by road from Bulawayo. Rock formations shape the rooms as well as the surrounding landscape, while the granite infinity pool, bar, library and safari spa offer places to unwind. Rhino tracking, San rock art and visits to the Rhodes memorial bring wildlife and history into the same stay. Families are welcome, with a Family room category alongside Twin, Double and Suite options. The fully inclusive plan covers meals, drinks, laundry and two activities on each full day.

“We love the rooms shaped around granite boulders and the combination of rhino tracking and rock art. It suits families and travellers who want cultural history alongside wildlife.”
