Overview

About Basecamp Mara Houses

Basecamp Mara Houses offers three private safari houses in Mara North Conservancy, each with its own chef, service team, guide and vehicle. Mara House and Acacia House sleep six, while Dik Dik House sleeps four. Private verandahs, living rooms with fireplaces and a shared swimming pool give families and friends space to settle in between outings. Days revolve around your group rather than a shared timetable, with game drives, bush meals and sundowners included. The nearby Lemek Hills are known for wild dog, and leopard and cheetah are frequently seen in the area.

“A private house, chef and safari team make this a strong choice for families and friends who want to set their own pace, with a shared pool for time between drives.”
