Overview
Entamanu Ngorongoro sits on the remote northwestern rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, with views into the crater and across the Serengeti plains. Seven cottages and three two-bedroom cottages have en-suite bathrooms, indoor heating and verandas. The altitude brings cold nights and sometimes strong winds, so warm layers belong in your bag throughout the year. Crater game drives, highland walks and visits to neighbouring Maasai communities give the stay a mix of wildlife and cultural experiences. Children aged eight and over are welcome, with two-bedroom cottages offering space for families.
“The crater-rim setting and heated cottages make this a strong choice for families with children aged eight and over who want wildlife drives alongside time in the highlands.”
