Overview
About Savanna Private Game Reserve
Savanna Lodge is an exclusive, privately-owned 5-star retreat set within the Sabi Sand Nature Reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park Conservancy. The lodge offers nine luxurious suites — seven featuring canvas-topped roofs — that blend classic safari romance with modern elegance, including air-conditioned interiors, deep soaking tubs, and private patios with heated plunge pools. Guests enjoy twice-daily game drives led by expert guides and trackers across more than 10,000 hectares of bushveld, with regular sightings of the Big Five alongside cheetah, wild dog, hippo, and over 400 bird species. Varied dining experiences range from lantern-lit bush dinners to private candlelit dinners under the stars, paired with fine South African wines.
