Overview

About Tau Game Lodge

Tau Game Lodge is a five-star luxury safari lodge set within the malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve in South Africa's North West Province, overlooking a natural waterhole. The lodge, built in 1995, features semi open-air communal areas including a lounge, bar, dining room, lapa and boma, and can accommodate up to 60 guests. With 27 major game species present in the reserve, it offers Big 5 game safaris and bird-watching experiences, along with conference and wedding facilities.

“The waterhole brings wildlife watching into the hours between game drives, while linked family accommodation and the Cubz Club give families room to settle into a safari routine.”
