Overview

About Anderssons at Ongava

Anderssons at Ongava places wildlife watching and conservation research side by side on a private reserve bordering Etosha. Natural-stone suites open onto private decks, while the shared bar and infinity pool overlook a waterhole. A sunken photographic hide brings another perspective on visiting animals, including black rhino. Between scheduled game drives, the adjoining Discovery Centre offers a closer look at the reserve’s research. Seven standalone suites and a family arrangement of two linked suites give couples and families space to settle in. Ordinary bookings welcome children from six; younger children require exclusive use of the lodge.

“A strong choice for photographers and curious safari travellers: watch the waterhole from the lodge, then explore the conservation work at the adjoining Discovery Centre.”
