Overview

About Kicheche Laikipia

Kicheche Laikipia is a six-tent camp beside a waterhole in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, with Mount Kenya rising beyond the highland landscape. Five standard tents and a two-bedroom Family Suite keep the scale small. En-suite bathrooms, in-room WiFi and solar power provide practical comforts, while the shared lounge and dining tent has two fireplaces for cooler evenings. Days centre on game drives, night drives, guided walks and mountain biking. Rhino conservation is a strong part of the setting, with specialist visits available at extra cost. The Family Suite adds a private lounge and an exclusive-use game vehicle.

“A good fit for travellers who want a small camp with more than game drives: walks, night drives and mountain biking add variety, while the two-bedroom Family Suite gives families room to spread out.”
