Overview

About Sable Alley

Sable Alley looks across a lagoon in Botswana’s Khwai Private Reserve, where hippo, elephant and buffalo are part of the view from camp. Its 12 raised tented units include a honeymoon tent and two family units, with air-conditioning, indoor and outdoor showers, and private plunge pools. The shared lounge, bar, firepit and swimming pool give you several places to settle between outings. Day and night game drives and guided nature walks explore the surrounding habitats, while mokoro excursions depend on water levels. Children aged six and over are welcome, and the camp stays open throughout the year.

“A strong choice for couples and families with children aged six and over who want varied safari outings, a private plunge pool and wildlife watching from camp.”
