Overview
Sossusvlei Desert Lodge sits against an escarpment in a private desert reserve bordering NamibRand and the Namib-Naukluft National Park. Ten Suites and the two-bedroom Star Dune Suite look across open desert, with private plunge pools, shaded verandas and skylights above the beds. Days combine dune walks, desert drives and self-guided hiking or e-biking, while stargazing draws attention to the night sky. A shared pool, wine cellar, gym and wellness centre provide places to pause between outings. The Star Dune Suite brings families or friends together around a shared lounge and private dining area.
“A strong choice for travellers drawn to desert landscapes and night skies, with private plunge pools between outings and a two-bedroom suite for families or friends.”
