Overview

About Wilderness Kulala Desert Lodge

Wilderness Kulala Desert Lodge sits on a private desert reserve beside Namibia's Sossusvlei dune country. Its 21 canvas-and-thatch rooms include two family units, while rooftop sleeping areas bring the night sky into the stay. Guided nature drives and walks explore a landscape of gravel plains, dry riverbeds and desert-adapted wildlife. Between outings, guests gather around the pool and shared living areas. Children of all ages are welcome, and the lodge suits families, groups and self-drive travellers. The fully inclusive stay covers meals, local drinks, laundry, park fees and twice-daily camp activities.

“Rooftop sleep-outs and desert walks make this a distinctive base for families exploring Sossusvlei, with all-age admission and two-bedroom family accommodation.”
