Overview
About Speke's Camp
Speke's Camp is a small, family-run tented camp beside the Olare Orok River on the boundary of the Maasai Mara Reserve. Its eight safari tents come in double, twin and family configurations, with en-suite bathrooms, hot-water bucket showers and a personal room steward. Private game drives with a guide and spotter let guests shape the day around their interests, with picnic breakfasts and sundowners included. Back at camp, canvas lounges, a bar and a separate Wi-Fi tent keep the emphasis on a relaxed safari stay. Meals, laundry and airstrip transfers are included.
“A good fit for a first safari with a personal rhythm: private drives, picnic breakfasts and a small canvas camp, rather than a fixed group timetable.”
