Overview

About Zambezi Queen

Zambezi Queen brings the Chobe riverfront into view from a 14-suite houseboat on the Namibian side of the river. Each suite has a private balcony, while the four Luxury Suites have two. Days centre on boat safaris, birdwatching, catch-and-release fishing and visits to a local village. Back on board, guests share a dining room, bar and upper-deck plunge pool. All meals and a selection of drinks are included. Children aged 13 and older are welcome, and two triple suites accommodate a third guest. Scheduled two- and three-night departures keep the experience focused on the river.

“A river-based alternative to a lodge safari, with private balconies and a shared plunge pool between wildlife outings. It suits birders and travellers who want their time in the bush centred on the water.”
