Overview
Elephant Bedroom Camp sits beside the Ewaso Nyiro River in Samburu National Reserve, with 14 tents shaded by doum palms. Each tent has a private plunge pool and a lounge area; the two Deluxe Tents add outdoor showers and bathtubs. The shared dining tent opens towards the river, with breakfast and lunch served outside beneath the trees. Elephants, monkeys and impalas visit camp, while game drives explore the surrounding reserve for lions, leopards and northern Kenyan wildlife. Public-area Wi-Fi, a curio shop and spa services round out the facilities.
“Private plunge pools and a riverside setting make this a comfortable base for travellers who want time in camp as well as game drives in Samburu.”
