Overview

About Angama Mara

Angama Mara sits on the Oloololo Escarpment above the Mara Triangle, with glass-fronted tented suites looking across the plains. Its two separate camps have 15 suites each, with private decks, soaking baths and indoor/outdoor showers. Game drives explore the Triangle, while guided walks follow the escarpment. Back at the lodge, guests have a swimming pool, fitness room, photographic studio and libraries. Children of all ages are welcome, and interconnected suites keep families close. Meals, most drinks, safaris and laundry are included, with park fees and the Angama Foundation contribution charged separately.

“The combination of wide Mara views, flexible safari days and interconnected suites suits families and photographers who want time both in the reserve and at the lodge.”
