Overview

About Duke's Camp

Duke’s Camp brings vintage safari style to the northern Okavango Delta, with eight canvas tents raised beneath ebony and leadwood trees. Persian rugs, four-poster beds and private viewing decks give the rooms their character, while indoor and outdoor showers keep the setting close. Days combine game drives and night drives with seasonal mokoro and boat excursions. Between outings, there is a swimming pool and a library lounge, with meals shared around a long dining table or outside beneath the trees. The family tent has two sleeping areas and a shared lounge; children aged six and over are welcome.

“We love the mix of characterful tents, sociable shared dining and land-and-water safaris, especially for birders and travellers who enjoy a small camp with a strong sense of place.”
